EZRRD - Reasonable Rent Determinations
Jarco Ventures was approached with a project to develop the first web-based Reasonable Rent application for determining rents for Public Housing Authorities.
Currently, the system is being used and hundreds of Public Housing Authorities have subscribed to the services and are using them to date. There are several hundrend thousand rent comparables throughout the United States comprised in our databases.
We are proud of the fact that through our development of this system for our client, we have indirectly saved low income residents money that may have been lost by over charged rents.
Electra - Energy Star Inspection System
Electra is a system developed for Fox Energy Specialists, a national award winning energy inspection and consulting firm based out of Fort Worth, Texas. The purpose of "Electra" was to develop a web-based data collection inspection software for doing Energy Star inspections and Energy Audits for new and exisiting construction.
As a result of our development of said application, the firm gained a U.S. Process Patent for the overall process of conducting such inspections.
To date, Fox Energy Specialists have certified over 50,000 homes as Energy Star and countless other energy audits that have help identify energy consumption inefficiences.
Incoming/Outgoing Inventory Sytem - Aerospace
Calco Aerospace is a prime supplier of nuts and bolts to numerous large defense contractors. As a result of countless packaging, shipping, and handling obstacles, they approached Jarco to assist them in gain full control of their inventory, incoming and outgoing.
The sophistication of their operation proved to be a challenge,but we were able to cut their turnaround time by 40%. The system in use collects all data from incoming and outgoing shipments, including tracking all channels they may go through. This includes quality control checks, accounting of inventory, and processing shipping labels to end their interanl processes.
